Opening Reception

Catch up with your municipal colleagues and our exhibitors over refreshments and light hors d'oeuvres. This is a great time to network and meet your counterparts within municipal government. Attendees are provided with one complimentary drink ticket for the cash bar that can be used for a domestic beer, house wine, non-alcoholic beer or spritzer.

Strolling Station Supper in Churchill's Lounge
Wednesday from 5:00 - 6:00 pm | Churchill's Lounge (pre-registration required)
Join us for an evening supper in the Churchill's Lounge at Digby Pines for a strolling station (buffet style) dinner. The stations will feature a variety of options, including but not limited to a poutine station, an assorted salad bar, a Mexican station, and a dessert station. If you have registered, your name badge holds your dinner ticket to attend the strolling station supper! A cash bar with a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be open.

Casino Night and Tide & Timbre

Join us for a Casino Night filled with fun, excitement, and charitable giving. Experience the thrill of casino games and feel good while doing so with all event proceeds being donated to a local charity. And that's not all – while you're enjoying the casino fun entertainment is provided by the fantastic local group, Tide & Timbre!

Early Riser Walk/Run
Thursday morning from 6:30 - 7:30 am
We welcome you to start your day with some movement. Those who wish to get a walk/run in before the conference gets going can meet up in the lobby, or head off alone, for a self-guided outing. There will be no lead for this event so please familiarize yourself with your route before heading out.
President's Reception

A small reception preceding the President’s Banquet will take place before in the Grand Lounge.

President's Banquet
Thursday from 6:30 - 8:30 pm | Digby Hall
AMANS President John MacKinnon cordially invites all conference attendees to the President's Reception and Annual Banquet. This will include a dinner and presentation of awards for long service, professional development, etc. The dinner along with one drink ticket is included with registration. There will be a cash bar available.
