General Questions

What meals are covered in my registration cost?

AMANS will provide the following meals throughout the conference:

  • Morning Early Bird Draws on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
  • Morning and afternoon breaks on Wednesday, and Thursday
  • Morning break on Friday
  • Lunches on Wednesday and Thursday
  • Dinner on Wednesday (if you registered for the activity)
  • Dinner on Thursday

Delegates are responsible for their own breakfast. Breakfast for the duration of the conference will be in Salt Spray Restaurant. The price for a plated breakfast is $15.00 plus tax and service charge. The price for a buffet breakfast is $19.00 plus tax and service charge.

If you forgo the hotel breakfast, as part of the conference, we will be supplying light breakfast snacks during the Early Bird Draws on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday starting at 8:15am in the Lower Lobby.

Where will registration take place?

The Registration Desk for the Fall Conference will be as follows:

Tuesday September 20 | 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. | Lower Lobby of the Holiday Inn

Wednesday September 21 | 8:15 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. | Lower Lobby of the Holiday Inn

Thursday, September 22 | 8:15 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. | Lower Lobby of the Holiday Inn

Registrants will pick up their badge and program for the conference.

 

First Time Conference Attendees

Why is there a red dot on my badge?

We like to make our first time conference attendees be noticed by the veterans to receive a warm welcome. The red dot is to identify you as a first time conference go-er. Take advantage of it, you only have it once!
