AMANS will provide the following meals throughout the conference:

• Morning Early Bird Draws on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Please note: While we'll provide light breakfast items, we strongly recommend having a nutritious breakfast before joining the conference.
• Morning and afternoon breaks on Wednesday, and Thursday
• Morning break on Friday
• Lunches on Wednesday and Thursday
• Dinner on Wednesday (if you registered for the activity)
• Dinner on Thursday

Delegates are responsible for their own breakfast. Breakfast for the duration of the conference will be in Churchill’s Lounge. A plated breakfast ranges from $13.00 - $20.00 plus tax and service charge. The price for a buffet breakfast is $22.00 plus tax and service charge. The menu can be found here

Please drop off all swag items at the registration desk. Make sure you have identified your municipality on the item so we can recognize you accordingly. 

There will be some light hors d'oeuvres at the opening reception. We recommend eating dinner before coming to the Opening Reception.

All extra tickets for guests can be found in your badge at registration. If you are missing an extra ticket, or have any questions please email rkolstee@amans.ca 

Yes, absolutely. You can attend Entertainment without having purchased a ticket for the dinner on Wednesday. Please contact Rebecca at rkolstee@amans.ca

Registrants will pick up their badge and program for the conference.

Every delegate will have the following in their badge: 

• Small Program 
• Complimentary Drink Ticket for the Opening Reception and Wednesday Strolling Station Supper
• Exhibitor Passport

Depending on your registration, other items could include:

• Any extra guest tickets (including Banquet tickets)

We like to make our first time conference attendees be noticed by the veterans to receive a warm welcome. The red dot is to identify you as a first time conference go-er. Take advantage of it, you only have it once! 

Every conference attendee has an exhibitor passport in their badge. It is an opportunity for you to go to each Exhibitor booth (located in the Salon A & B) and network with them. Upon networking with them have them initial your passport. It will give you an opportunity to win some prizes throughout the conference.
